this custom operable liner allows for the liner to be operated independently of the Rio Woven Wood shade. Available in both light filtering or blackout opacity in 4 colors. the roman Operable Liners are white to the outside and resemble a roman shade when raised. Roman Operable liners do operate with a cord lock.
